Shipping policy

• We ship throughout New Zealand using various courier providers including Aramex, NZ Post & Posthaste (depending on cost).

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, more to rural areas.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is sent.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
