We are not responsible for delays due to postal service or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description.
Approved returns must be unused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
