Felicity has a deep passion for wild foliage that can be found near and far. She shared her knowledge in a wonderful environment, where we were introduced to readily available greenery that can be used nutritionally and medicinally. Her comprehensive guides were available as was a feast of wild salad greens and pesto with kawakawa tea. Highly recommend 💚
I really enjoyed hearing about Felicity‘s personal experiences of using wild weeds to keep her family healthy. There was lots of very practical hands-on advice that I will be putting into our meal/tea rotation.
Doing this workshop in winter, I expected there to be way less stuff to find. The were shown so much, though! I'm thinking i'll go again in the summer to get even more information. It was a welcoming environment, great stories and surprisingly delicious plants!!!

Absolutely loved this workshop and came away feeling so inspired. Have even found chickweed in my own garden which was exciting especially after learning about it. Felicity has huge knowledge. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully put together book with a simple layout that makes it super easy to flick to whatever area I need. The content is so accessible and the images absolutely stunning. This is a timeless wee guide that I will continue to reach for again and again.

I attended the Kapiti workshop and it was an illuminating experience! I've always enjoyed the 'wild' green edges and now I know enough to feed and heal myself from my front lawn. I'm not calling them weeds anymore, they are too valuable to be lumped into a generic negative label. Thank you, I'm on a new journey.
