Goddess Maxi Dress
A flowing, full length merino maxi dress, designed to make you feel like a goddess.
With its sleeveless silhouette and beautiful, fluid drape, this dress falls gracefully over the body without clinging, creating an effortlessly feminine shape that moves with you. Relaxed, elegant and a little bit wild, it's a timeless piece of botanical fashion inspired by the beauty of the natural world.
Made from luxurious 200gsm ultrafine 100% merino wool, the fabric is beautifully soft, lightweight and breathable, making it a gorgeous natural fibre to wear against your skin.
Each dress is designed by me in Raumati South, Aotearoa, and expertly sewn by my wonderful friend Perrine, a professional seamstress. I then naturally dye the fabric using plants and leaf print it with leaves I've foraged, transferring their unique shapes and intricate details onto the cloth.
The result is a one of a kind piece of plant dyed clothing, with organic patterns and earthy colours that can never be exactly replicated. Every dress carries its own story, shaped by the plants, the season and the natural dyeing process.
This is slow fashion with a connection to the land, thoughtfully designed and created here in New Zealand.
Wear it barefoot on the beach, wandering through wild landscapes, or dress it up for an evening out. This is a dress for women who love natural fibres, botanical prints and clothing that feels as beautiful as it looks.

A little wild, a little ethereal, and entirely its own.
This is slow fashion in its truest sense. A garment made with care, from natural materials, designed to be treasured for many years.
For centuries, wool has also been treasured for qualities beyond its beauty and practicality. Many traditional cultures regarded wool as a protective fibre, valued not only for its warmth and durability but also for the sense of comfort, grounding and connection it offers. Whether appreciated for these traditions or simply for its exceptional natural performance, pure merino remains one of the finest fibres to wear close to the skin.

The garment will take on a life of it’s own as it naturally ages, just like us, adding to it’s own uniqueness and individuality (just like you).
Created from natural fibres, at the end of it’s life this garment can be added to your compost heap to naturally decompose & feed the soil (very unlike synthetic clothing filled with chemicals).
Botanical Printing / Natural dyeing / Ecoprinting is a slow process where fabric is dyed and printed using the natural tannins, color & prints of botanicals (plants, leaves, roots, bark, flowers, lichens etc). Much like our ancestors did for generations, clothing can be colored using nature’s abundance without the use of synthetic, toxic & dangerous chemicals. The colors are truely natural (found in my garden or foraged around my neighborhood, not out of packets), depicting the colors of my local surroundings & the ever changing seasons.
