Nourish & Soothe Clay Mask: Ghassoul, Pink Clay & Rose Petals

Created to comfort delicate and sensitive skin, this blend supports your skin’s natural balance while promoting softness, clarity, and radiance.

Ghassoul clay, prized for centuries in Moroccan beauty rituals, helps draw out impurities and refine skin texture without over-drying. Also known as Rhassoul or Moroccan Clay, Ghassoul clay is a  luxurious superfine clay powder which is nutrient dense and rich in minerals such as Silica, Magnesium, Calcium, etc.

Pink clay, one of the mildest clays, gently exfoliates while restoring luminosity and suppleness, ideal for dry, mature, or sensitive skin types.

The addition of rose petals adds more than just their delicate fragrance. Rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and natural anti-inflammatory compounds, rose petals help reduce redness, soothe irritation, and support skin regeneration. Their gentle toning properties also help tighten pores and balance the skin’s pH, leaving your complexion refreshed and comforted.

This mask is perfect as a weekly ritual to nourish and soothe your skin and unwind in a moment of calm.

1. In a non-metal bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of the clay blend with a few drops of water, floral hydrosol, or herbal tea to create a smooth paste.

2. Apply evenly to clean, damp skin, avoiding the eye area.

3. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, or just before the mask begins to dry completely.

4. Rinse gently with warm water and follow with your favorite facial oil or moisturiser. I recommend my Rosehip facial oil or Rosehip & Calendula facial moisturiser.

Tip: For extra nourishment, mix with rose water, honey, or aloe vera gel instead of plain water.
